* Hybrid policy : 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Thu)

Our recruitment process is designed to be efficient, transparent, and respectful of candidates’ time.
It typically includes:
▶️ A first HR screening call (30 min)
▶️ One interview with your manager (60 min)
▶️ One Technical interview (1h30)
We keep candidates updated throughout the process and aim to move quickly when there is a strong fit. -
Onboarding is structured to help new joiners ramp up quickly while getting the right context.
It usually includes:
▶️ A full onboarding plan for the first week
▶️ Intro meetings with key teams and stakeholders
▶️ Access to documentation, tools, and internal processes
▶️ A buddy / team support system
▶️ Regular check-ins with the manager and HR during the first month
The goal is to make new joiners autonomous quickly, while ensuring they feel supported. -

Travel plays an important role in strengthening relationships and ensuring alignment across teams. Alongside that, we make a point of touching base regularly whether daily, weekly, or bi-weekly, to stay connected and coordinated despite time zone differences.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package for our US team members:
